Kicking into the new year!

As usual, time is flying by and January flew by. So many things have been going on around HH HQ, like the wildfires. As they continue to pop up around us, we are comforted by the amazing firefighters and first responders who have been on top of these blazes to quickly contain them and keep us all safe. Once again, we are lucky and grateful there haven’t been any fires in our town or close enough to have to evacuate.
Most people look at the new year with some sort of reset, and a lot of time that includes evaluating their fitness levels and goals to improve where they are now. Dr. Hunter, who loves to exercise, is always looking at adding things to her physical fitness routine. As she scans the internet for articles and ideas, she was reminded of the simple exercise of kicking. And that is what she talks about on her podcast this week.
