Sitting is the new Smoking

There’s a chill in the air in Southern California but we are so grateful our winter does not include snow. So as we bundle up in our parkas and beanies, we hope you are keeping warm wherever you are.
In keeping with our New Year’s goals, we are trying to stay as healthy as possible. A big part of this includes not sitting for very long. And that’s exactly what Dr. Hunter gets into on her podcast this week.
