Change, Transition and the Neutral Zone
Spring is here, and our Southern California weather is still holding on to our “winter”. We have some chilly 40 degree nights and we are still having some rain. Nice, because we know how hot our summers will get.
We’re having change in our seasons, and change is definitely something that comes on a regular basis. Everyday there is something new in our business, or something we have to deal with. Change is just part of life.
