Another week has gone by, and Dr. Hunter and company (i.e. her husband Larry and her dog, Rosie) have headed to their local beach in the Snugglebus (a.k.a. their motorhome) for a quick getaway. They like to commute back home for work to make it feel like they have a beach house (only for one day, that’s enough of the commute).

Even though it’s overcast at the beach, it still feels so good to be outside, smell the salty air and take a walk on the sand. Being outside does wonders for the body and soul. And that’s what Dr. Hunter discusses on this week’s podcast.
