The Last Decade of Your Life

It’s certainly our change of seasons in Southern California, and as you know, we’ve been waiting for it! Bring on that sweatshirt and some jeans! It still will get a little warm here next week, but we are loving the weather for both working out and getting things done!
Time always marches on, and lately we’ve been thinking about how active we can be in our older years. Dr. Hunter’s best friend recommended a podcast on living a long, healthy life, and it resounded with what she was mulling over.
It’s important to stay fit and healthy at any age (and as pain free as possible, hence our CBD products to help you with that!). But the podcast was a reminder that if you want to be able to stay physically and mentally fit in your older years, specifically the last 10 years of your life, you have to start planning now. And it’s never too early to start, or too late to begin…
On this week’s podcast…
Have you ever thought about what you want to be able to do for the last 10 years of your life? We’re not talking “bucket list” exactly – but what do you want to be able to do physically and mentally? No matter what age, it’s important to plan for this part of your life now. Dr. Hunter gets into some of things people may want to be able to do, and also reflects on how she wants the last decade of her life to encompass.
