You decide – Life is Easy or it’s Hard

We finally have much needed rain here in Southern California. It’s been a dryer winter for us. So we are excited to see the rain drops fall because we know soon our hills will be green and spring will be here.

We have all heard the saying, “you are what you eat”. But do we understand, “you are what you tell yourself”? As we know, life has its ups and downs. But if you spend every day telling yourself negative things, and watching the news and absorbing all the negativity; how do you think your day will go?

Dr. Hunter is a very positive person. She has had her own life’s ups and downs. But everyday she decides to start on a positive note. The trick is to stay positive.
